If you pronate, boy are these for you! Definitely put you in the proper position. I think I got the wrong size for me because the arch support isn’t quite where it should be. They straighten my posture way more than I’m used to so I can’t wear them for too long just yet. Other than that, they seem well made. I’ll continue to use them.

Recently had a major ankle sprain and going back to work was killing my ankle. I was looking for something to cushion my steps and these are perfect. I can definitely feel the benefit from the gel cushion things, especially the one on the heel. They fit my shoes perfectly. 10/10 would recommend for anyone on thier feet a lot

I bought these insoles to replace the insoles from my Golden Goose sneakers. The Golden Goose insoles were stiff and uncomfortable. These insoles were perfect! I wish they came in more colors and different height

I‘ve never used any type of insoles that could increase your height, so when I saw the opportunity to receive them I ordered them and have been trying testing them out for a while. First off, they‘re a bit weird feeling at first but after a while you sorta start to get used to them. In my opinion, I don‘t think all shoes would work but for the shoes that do, they do a good job to add a couple inches to your height. When I wear them I feel that they add some shock absorbent as well.

Fantásticas. Padezco de metatarsalgia con bastante dolor, en diferentes zonas por caminar mal . Me han cambiado la vida. El arco pronunciado alinea perfectamente los pies, y la bola central está eliminando muy rápidamente el dolor al flexionar los dedos. Voy a pedir un segundo par. Muchísimo mejor que las caras plantillas "a medida" de los podólogos.

These are excellent insoles. My heels and arch were hurting a lot in a new pair of shoes I had. these eliminated the pain almost immediately and I was able to walk around the whole day and my feet were fine. No more heel pain and my feet felt as if they had actually been resting all day, not doing 10 miles of walking.Recommended.

There are very good to make your feet and legs hurt less if you have to stand for long hours. They add a decent amount of height and cushion for the heel and you can cut the tips to fit your shoe size and the material on the top of the sole makes them less slippery while the design on the bottom also gives a better grip for the shoe. After quite a few hours of standing they do get uncomfortable towards the ball of the foot, so I would advise using a softer sole on top of it if you want maximum comfort while helping your hips and joints hurt less when standing/working for long hours.
